- Cost-Optimized GPS Overlay: Avoided expensive, recurring map vendor fees by streaming real-time bus locations directly over an open-source mapping engine.
- Unified Hybrid Codebase: Developed a singular React Native application that dynamically shifts interfaces based on user roles (Parents vs. Companions).
- Centralized Operations Panel: Programmed a secure web portal for route optimization, bulk Excel data imports, and automated digital document expiry alerts.
- Integrated Fees & Grievances: Embedded secure gateway payment pathways generating automatic PDF receipts alongside transparent, structured complaint tracking workflows.
